| ■Stainless Steel Black Coil Material “SUS Black Belt”
We have developed stainless steel coil material “SUS Black Belt” processed with Abel Black, and we are introducing pre-coated materials. The part that gives the black color is the “oxidized film” that exist on the surface of stainless steel. Unlike plating or painting, foreign substances are not placed on the surface of stainless steel in a later process. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the color peeling off due to cutting, bending, squeezing, processing, or aging deterioration. By processing stainless steel coil material that already has color, the effort of individually coloring the product later can be saved. The deep black color and high processability of “SUS Black Belt” have led to an increase in inquires in various fields such as LCD displays, interior and exterior of automobiles, machine parts, camera parts, and building materials.
