Information Security Basic Policy

Abel Co., Ltd. (hereafter “the Company”) commits to protecting its information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to maintaining the trust of our customers and society by implementing company-wide information security efforts based on the following policy:

1. Management Responsibility
   The Company’s management will lead organizational, continuous efforts to improve and enhance information security.

2. Internal Structure
   The Company will establish an organization responsible for maintaining and improving information security, formalizing related measures as internal regulations.

3. Employee Commitment
   Employees will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for information security and will ensure their efforts in this area are effective.

4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
   The Company will comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, meeting customer expectations.

5. Response to Violations and Incidents
   The Company will appropriately respond to any legal or contractual breaches or security incidents and work to prevent recurrence.
